PCW-300 IGBT inverter digital semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding machine is a new type of inverter power supply based on the theory of PST® precise arc control technology, using the high-speed controllability of the inverter welding machine, and using special waveform control technology. PCW-300 welding machine and XG-95 wire feeder both adopt digital control, so that the control, panel display and operation of the welding process are intelligent, more accurate, more able to meet the complex welding process, can further improve the welding effect, strong adaptability of dry elongation, good arc stiffness, strong arc penetration, stable welding process, easy control of the solution pool, and beautiful internal and external forming of the weld. The special waveform control technology makes the amount of spatter significantly reduced, and there is basically no spatter. At the same time, electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection measures are adopted, the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and anti-interference ability of the welding machine are improved, and the welding machine has a variety of fault protection functions, and the reliability of the welding machine is high. The welding machine can realize semi-automatic root welding of 100% CO2 gas shielded solid core welding wire, semi-automatic root welding of 80% Ar+20% CO2 metal powder cored welding wire, which can be used for root welding of pipes made of pipe steel, carbon steel, high-strength steel, stainless steel and other materials, and is currently widely used in pipeline installation welding.
