On April 1, 2022, Xionggu technical service team came to the customer's welding commissioning pilot in Foshan, Guangdong Province, and used their superb technology to help the customer complete the installation and commissioning of the A-230 automatic welding machine for single torch pipes in just one day. When Xionggu technical service personnel came to the test welding site, they were faced with problems such as large welding volume, tight time, and non-standard groove assembly. In such an external environment, they finally overcame many difficulties and were highly recognized by customers. During the test welding, two different manufacturers of welding consumables were selected, leaving customers with more choices in the selection of welding consumables. Project Overview:

The Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project consists of a main water transmission line (Liyuzhou Water Intake Gate to Gaoxinsha Reservoir, Gaoxinsha Reservoir to Shaxi High Pond, Shaxi High Pond to Luotian Reservoir), Shenzhen Branch Line (Luotian Reservoir to Gongming Reservoir), Dongguan Branch Line (Luotian Reservoir to Songmushan Reservoir) and Nansha Branch Line (Gaoxinsha Reservoir Quanhuangge Water)), with a total length of 113.2km.

The project diverts water from the Xijiang River system in the western part of the Pearl River Delta to the eastern part of the Pearl River Delta, and the main water supply targets are the water-scarce areas of Nansha District, Guangzhou City and Dongguan City. The implementation of this project can effectively solve the contradiction of water shortage in the urban economic development of the water-receiving area, change the single water supply pattern of Nansha District of Guangzhou City taking water from the Shawan waterway in the lower reaches of the Beijiang River and Shenzhen City and Dongguan City from the Dongjiang River, improve the safety of water supply and emergency backup guarantee capacity, and appropriately improve the ecological environment flow of the lower reaches of the Dongjiang River during the dry season, which plays an important role in maintaining the water supply security and sustainable economic and social development of Nansha District, Shenzhen and Dongguan City. Contract period: start on September 30, 2019 and complete on April 30, 2024. The total construction period is 55 months.
